When you make a purchase, we collect your email address and the order details necessary to deliver your download. Payment details (card number, billing address) are handled directly by Stripe — we never see or store them.
Your email is used only to deliver your purchase, send your download link, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
We rely on a small set of providers to run the Site: Stripe for payments, Supabase for our database and file storage, and our email provider for delivering receipts. Each only receives the data needed to perform their function.
We use minimal cookies required for the Site to function (e.g. session and checkout state). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing manager@donavanmontrell.com. We will respond within 30 days.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy as the Site evolves. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
