These Terms govern your purchase and use of digital music downloads sold through donavanmontrell.com ("the Site"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
After a successful payment, you will receive an email with a personal download link valid for 30 days. Files are delivered as high-quality, tagged MP3s. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to listen to the music for your own use.
Because purchases are delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final. If your download link does not work or you did not receive your email, contact us and we will resolve it.
You may not redistribute, re-sell, sync, broadcast, or publicly perform the recordings without written permission. All masters, compositions, and artwork remain the property of Donavan Montrell.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
The Site is provided "as is." We make no warranties about uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use.
